Since its opening in May 2012, Home Market has established 17 branches across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, located in Shau Kei Wan, Ap Lei Chau, Sham Shui Po, Choi Hung, To Kwa Wan, Kwun Tong, Kowloon City, Ngau Tau Kok, San Po Kong, MTR Nam Cheong Station, Tin Shui Wai, Kwai Shing East, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Yuen Long, and its first Housing Authority-recognized "Transitional Housing" store at Sheung Yue River. These stores provide essential support to those in need. All food and goods are sold at prices close to cost, aiming to help members "A dollar is more than a dollar”, saving a little every day.
The philosophy of Home Market is built on “care, inclusiveness, thoughtfulness, diversity, and equality”. Over the past 13 years, it has developed a mature and stable operational system centered on "inclusive culture, a sense of belonging, and respect". Additionally, Home Market is committed to hiring people with disabilities for full-time or part-time positions, providing employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups, helping them build confidence, achieve financial independence, and strive for self-reliance in life.
