Senior Citizen Card Scheme 30th Anniversary Concession Week from 2024.09.20 to 2024.09.26

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Senior Citizen Card Scheme and to promote the spirit of respecting seniors, the Social Welfare Department is hosting the "Senior Citizen Card Scheme 30th Anniversary Concession Week " from September 20 (Friday) to September 26 (Thursday). During this event, participating merchants will offer special discounts and promotions to honor and care for elderly cardholders. The program aims to foster a culture of respect and care for seniors by providing the Senior Citizen Card to Hong Kong residents aged 65 and above, enabling them to enjoy various benefits and discounts.

Since 2012, "Home Market" has had over 190,000 active senior members, who can permanently enjoy member prices on groceries and essential items at near-cost prices. During the Senior Citizen Card Scheme 30th Anniversary Concession Week  (September 20-26, 2024), "Home Market" will distribute 12,400 packs of mini tissues as gifts to the first 100 senior members who shop in-store each day at all locations. Approximately 800 seniors at each branch will benefit from this offer. Due to limited quantities, the gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis! Recipients must be members, and each person is limited to one pack.
