17th of Home Market (Sheung Yue River Branch) Soft Opening

Embracing the philosophy of ‘supporting the poor and empowering the weak,’ Home Market is set to open its 17th branch, at the SYR branch. This marks the first shop within a transitional housing estate approved by the Housing Authority. SYR of Home Market not only offers affordable food and daily necessities to the grassroots but also creates more job opportunities for vulnerable groups and women.

SYR of Home Market is located within the Transitional Housing Project at “CONCORDIA Sheung Yue River” at Fan Kam Road, Yuen Long.  We will give priority to residents for full-time or part-time Sales assistant positions. New employees will receive on-the-job training, guided by experienced staff serving as training mentors.

The 77K bus line reaches and connects to the East Rail Line Sheung Shui Station and the Tuen Ma Line Kam Sheung Road Station, with an approximate travel time of 20 minutes; the No. 18 red minibus line also passes through both projects and connects Yuen Long Yu King Square and Sheung Shui San Wan Lei, with an approximate travel time of 15 minutes.
