To recognize employers who actively hire and support persons with disabilities and to promote workplace inclusion, the Labour and Welfare Bureau launched the “Diverse Talents • Inclusive Workplace Recognition Scheme” in early 2025, building upon the existing “Talent-Wise Employment Charter.” In collaboration with the “Jockey Club Collaborative Project for Inclusive Employment”, funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the scheme introduced the “Caring Employer” Commendation.
Following a rigorous selection process, Loving Home Foundation Limited (Home Market) was awarded the Level 2: Disability-Inclusive Employer Commendation. At the same time, Mr. Shek Wai-cheong received the “Inclusive Ally Award” for his outstanding contributions.
A Milestone of Inclusion and Compassion
We are deeply honored to receive the Level 2 Disability-Inclusive Employer Commendation. This recognition is not only a testament to our ongoing efforts but also a significant milestone in our journey toward social responsibility and workplace inclusion.
Since our establishment in 2012, we have steadily built a resilient operational model focused on alleviating the burdens of grassroots communities and empowering employees with disabilities. Guided by the principles of inclusion and respect, we are committed to creating an environment where every team member can thrive under equal conditions, unlocking their full potential.
We firmly believe that “inclusion and mutual support between people of all abilities” is key to sustainable success. Through collaboration and shared learning, we continue to foster a culture of innovation, empathy, and growth.
This award inspires us to go further—to extend the warmth and compassion to even more underprivileged individuals in our society. It is not just a moment of pride, but a new beginning. Together, let us move forward hand in hand to build a more inclusive and caring community.
